These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of NXplace, including the website at www.nxplace.com, the mobile app, and all related services (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You may browse the Service without an account. To publish content or interact, you need a free account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Content on NXplace may be processed or created with advanced AI tools — including research, scripting, narration, music, and video production — to optimize the viewing, learning, and collaboration experience. AI-generated or AI-assisted content is published under the same rules as User Content; contributors are responsible for reviewing what they publish, and we may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, and original non-user content — is owned by NXplace and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. “NXplace” and related marks are our trademarks. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.
The Service may contain links or references to third-party websites, sources, and services. We credit sources where applicable, but we do not control and are not responsible for third-party content.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content reflects its authors' views and is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXplace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD $100.
You may stop using the Service and delete your content at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where feasible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date above will change with any update.
