NXplace (“we”, “us”) operates www.nxplace.com and the NXplace mobile app (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

• Content you publish — posts, comments, media uploads, channel settings, and interactions (likes, bookmarks, shares).

• Cookies and local storage — session tokens, theme preference, and player state stored on your device. We use local storage and cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

3. AI-assisted content processing

A significant share of content on NXplace is processed or created using advanced AI tools — including research, scripting, voice synthesis, music production, and video assembly — to deliver an optimal viewing, learning, and collaboration experience. If you submit content, it may be processed by these AI pipelines (for example, transcription, image adaptation, or format conversion) as part of publishing and playback.

• Authenticate you and keep your account secure;
