Pumpkin Brie en Croûte Anime Cooking ASMR — Satisfying Kitchen Sounds | No Talking, No Music

Pumpkin brie en croûte — an 8 oz wheel of brie wrapped in puff pastry with pumpkin butter and pecans underneath, tied with twine into ridges, baked until deep golden, one cinnamon stick pressed in as the stem.

The ridges held better than I expected. They slump a little on one side where a loop of twine slipped while tying — I kept it anyway. It reads as weather.

Sounds this time: the tap, the rolling pin, twine and scissors, the egg-wash brush, and the crust crackling as it cools.

No talking. No music. Just the kitchen.
