🪩 Saturday. Diva Night. The night the whole week was building toward — and tonight, Queenie is bringing the purest Studio 54 DNA she owns: "One Heartbeat."

This one is for that moment about ten minutes into the night when the room stops being a hundred strangers and becomes one single body. The cold week is checked at the door. The strings lift. The bassline finds your shoulders. And suddenly — every heart on this floor beats as one.

The sound: pure 70s disco revival done the Queenie way — a driving funky bassline, a lush string section soaring over four-on-the-floor, handclaps stacked on handclaps, sparkling disco guitar, and a hook engineered to be sung by the whole room on the second listen. 123 BPM, right in the classic revival pocket. Glamour as armor, the crowd as one heartbeat.

The feel: euphoria as belonging. Nobody came here to be alone — that's the whole record in one line.

Turn it up. Move with the room. 🕺✨

Lyrics

[Intro]
One heartbeat... here we go

[Verse 1]
Came in from the cold week, heavy on my feet
The bassline found my shoulders, moved me to the beat
Every face is ready to glow

[Pre-Chorus]
It's rising, floor to sky
Count it in, four on the floor

[Chorus]
Every heart on this floor beats as one
When the strings take off, we come undone
One rhythm, one shine, we move as a crowd
A hundred strangers singing out loud
Every heart on this floor beats as one

[Verse 2]
Monday had me running, but it can't get in here
Music's got me open, and the coast is clear
Side to side we're swaying, breathing in time

[Bridge]
Close your eyes, feel the room surrender
Every step a love letter
Strangers now, not for long

[Final Chorus]
Every heart on this floor beats as one
When the strings take off, we come undone
One rhythm, one shine, we move as a crowd
A hundred strangers singing out loud
Every heart on this floor beats as one

[Outro]
One heartbeat... one room
Every stranger in the groove
