Wall Street closed out Friday with solid gains β S&P 500 +0.70%, NASDAQ +1.00% β as Amazon and Microsoft's cloud blowout numbers carried the tape into the weekend. Europe's DAX surged 1.44% overnight, but Asia was a tale of two markets: Hang Seng managed a modest +0.48% gain while Japan's Nikkei slipped -0.94% and Korea's KOSPI plunged another brutal -5.12% as the Samsung/SK Hynix unwind continued for a second straight session.

Futures are painting green across the board β but the composition tells the real story. The Dow is screaming higher at +1.29% (+677 points) while the Nasdaq 100 futures are barely positive at +0.24%. This is a textbook rotation trade: money is flowing out of technology and into cyclicals, industrials, and value. The Russell 2000 at +1.00% confirms small caps are catching the bid. With the VIX sitting at a calm 15.96, the fear gauge is signaling no panic β just a repositioning.

| π’οΈ WTI Crude | $78.81 | -6.92% | π’οΈ Crashing |
| π 10Y T-Note | 108.44 | +0.41% | Yields easing |
The crude oil market is in freefall this morning. WTI has cratered -6.92% to $78.81 β a three-week low β after two massive catalysts hit simultaneously: OPEC+ agreed to a September production hike of ~188,000 bpd, completing the unwinding of voluntary cuts, and President Trump called off a planned military strike on Iran, signaling he's pursuing a nuclear deal instead. The double-barrel supply boost is crushing energy futures. XLE is down -1.43% in pre-market. Gold is ticking lower at $4,098 as the geopolitical safe-haven bid unwinds. The 10-year T-Note is ticking higher in price (yields easing), which aligns with the disinflationary impulse from collapsing crude.

π¨ = Flipped (24h) | β‘ = Near flip (<3%)
AVGO has broken the all-bearish sweep. After all five semiconductor stocks went bearish on July 28 during the KOSPI crash, AVGO has become the first to flip back to a BULLISH SAR signal β and it did so with a healthy 8.09% cushion above its $357.80 SAR level. This is a significant technical reversal. NVDA at 4.08% from flip is now the closest bearish name to turning β watch the $208.94 level closely. MU, AMD, and INTC remain deeply bearish with double-digit gaps, but AVGO's flip is the kind of leading indicator that often precedes broader sector reversals. NVDA is down -0.91% in pre-market at $198.92, still well below its $208.94 flip threshold.
