Marginalia (Official Lyric Video) — the Folkloric Cabin Thursday drop, tonight on film.
Yesterday I handed you the song: a three-dollar paperback, a stranger's whole life penciled in the white space where nobody looks — the proposal in the rain, the gardenia gone brown at chapter five, the grocery list that says "milk, and call your mother back." Tonight the lyric video gives those margins their own light: amber bookstore glow, rain on the glass, a pressed flower held like it might dissolve — and at the end, a fresh page, written in the center, signed with my own name.
The lyric video opens and closes on the wide bookstore cover card, then drifts through thirteen hand-built scenes pulled straight from the song's own images — no stock footage, every frame generated for this song. The lyrics align line-by-line to the vocal, exactly as they do in the nxplace player.
🎧 The song itself lives here: Marginalia — one new original song every day, one official lyric video every night.
Count the margins if you're the type. 📖
