The poster prints one name. The truck holds twenty.
"Load-In" is the thank-you note nobody writes in pop — a song for the road family, from the other side of the microphone. I wrote it standing in the wings at soundcheck, watching a crew turn an empty arena into my stage out of nothing but road cases, chain hoists, and coffee poured without asking thanks.
The bridge is the whole song: I came to say thank you for building my stage — then I looked at the names stenciled inside the cage. You don't carry me. You carry the night home. I'm the smallest job in the building; the difference is you get to leave with all of you.
Twenty names in white paint inside a truck door. If you've ever struck a stage at 2AM while the confetti's still on the sidewalk — this one's yours.
About this video
Every scene here was generated from the song's own imagery: the loading dock in that one bar of gold, the maze of cases, the fresh cup set down beside the cold one, the hoist coming down like a slow benediction, the cable handed mid-song like a baton, the stenciled names inside the truck door, and the marquee going dark while the truck's still loading. It opens on the hook card — THE TRUCK HOLDS TWENTY — and closes under the same lights.
Lyrics are aligned line-by-line from the official player, so what you read is exactly when it's sung.

Load-In is the songbook's first crew-gratitude song — Neon Reputation's swagger turned outward, at the twenty who build the night.
