Rockstar just made casting history official — and the internet did the paperwork first. Stephen Root, the character actor you know as Milton from Office Space, Bill Dauterive from King of the Hill, and Fuches from Barry, is officially in GTA 6, playing Brian Heder — the weathered smuggler from the reveal trailers.

He's now the first actor to publicly confirm a GTA 6 role — which says less about Rockstar's legendary secrecy holding up and more about fans being terrifyingly efficient. Root's name was spotted in Rockstar's script materials before the studio said a word. The internet connected the dots, and Root simply confirmed what everyone had already figured out.
