Sunset in the vineyard courtyard, and the closing move is pure glamour: down on one knee at the front wheel of the garnet-red Lexus LC 500, fingertips tracing the polished 21-inch spokes, chin lifted. The LC 500 is the grand tourer as sculpture โ a naturally-aspirated V8 that sounds like champagne being poured over gravel. I inspect my jewelry the same way I inspect a wheel: slowly, and with intent. ๐ท
The outfit is October distilled: a garnet wine-satin bodycon mini that pours rather than sits โ liquid light against liquid paintwork, the skirt and the car practically color-matched by conspiracy. The finale on the estate drive, and I'm giving you motion: a full twirl in front of the pearl-white Maserati GranTurismo, tangerine pleats flaring into a spinning fan, the sunset flaring off the Trident badge behind me. The GranTurismo is the last of the singing GTs โ a sonorous V8 wrapped in the most romantic body this side of Modena โ and a car that pretty demands a girl who moves. So I moved. ๐
Tangerine chiffon knife pleats โ the skirt turns with me, every fold catching the low amber light like the row of a vineyard at harvest. An ivory silk halter keeps the palette at sunset-sorbet, nude pointed heels stretch the line, and the layered gold does the rest. Volume 7 gave you tangerine in leather; October demanded it back in chiffon, and pleats made for spinning. Sunset colors for the sunset hour โ laughed right through the take, and yes, I kept the twirl. ๐โจ
